Dr. and Mrs. David B. Williams, owners

Providing excellence in the care of horses has been the guiding philosophy at Forever Spring Farm from the outset. As the owners and residents, Dr. and Mrs. David Williams, have taken a hands-on role since they purchased the 188-acre farm in 1986. They and their two grown children have devoted much of their lives to providing for the needs of horses.

Residing on the farm allows David, who holds a Masters degree from the University of Kentucky and a Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition form Iowa State University, to personally direct the nutrition schedule and monitor the performance level of each horse at Forever Spring Farm. As the owner of Producer Feeds Company in Louisville, known for “Excellence in Equine Nutrition Since 1869,” he applies the latest advancements in nutrition science to the development of equine feeds and supplements. He also provides nutrition consultation services to owners of horse farms in Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio and Indiana.

Betty-Gayle actively participates in all aspects of farm operations on a daily basis. She has served as the volunteer leader of the county 4-H Horse Club for more than ten years. Working as a team, along with their farm manager, Dr. Williams and Betty-Gayle are committed to providing the components that will ensure that each horse in their care can reach its highest potential in health and performance.
